The KR Strikeforce H-5 Granulated Rubber heel is available in small, medium, or large sizes so no trimming is necessary. The H-5 heel allows a medium amount of slide when compared to the other interchangeable heels available from KR. These heels are specific to KR and Hammer Performance shoes.
